  • I'm a New Client. Where do I Start?
    Hey there, new friends! We are so excited to meet you and want your first experience with us to be as seamless as possible. In order to do that we need a bit more information from you, about your hair, your style, and your desired result. We ask that you please book a consultation or send us a text or email with a picture of your current hair and a photo of the goal hair. This way we can schedule the appropriate appointment time which helps limit the number of incorrect bookings.
  • Where do I Park?
    We have a fabulous multi-level parking garage right under us! YAY! We are able to validate parking up to 4 hours. There are three entry access locations: Central Way/ 6th St. Central Way/ 5th St. Central Way/ Peter Kirk Lane
  • I’ve Parked, Now What?"
    Our space is located in the north building across from the QFC Suite 100 Mosaic Salon and Spa Once you enter through the Mosaic doors take a left, Belle Marie Salon is the last suite #20 at the end of the hall. You may wait in the lobby your stylist will come to get you or, feel free to come directly to our suite.
  • Do You Specialize in Cut or Color?
    Both—we love it all!!
  • I've Called But No One Picks Up...
    When calling to make an appointment please contact your desired stylist directly. Leaving a detailed message with your contact information: first name, last name, and a phone number where you can be reached. You will receive a call back by the next business day, we appreciate your patience!
  • What if I’m Not Exactly Sure What to Book For?
    If you are looking to do something totally new or just not sure what you need please book for a consultation. Consultations are completely complementary and gives your stylist the ability to book the appropriate amount of time to achieve your desired results.
  • What Services You Do You Offer?
    We do most everything! Cuts, color, balayage, foils, sometimes a total combo bridal hair, up-do’s, texture services and many more. If you have further questions please contact us!
  • What Is Your Cancellation Policy?
    We TOTALLY understand that things come up and you may need to reschedule however, we ask for 48 hours' notice. If it’s less than 24 hours' notice we reserve the right to charge 1/2 of the missed service total. No-show appointments will be charged the full-service total of the missed appointment. Last-minute cancellations and no-shows not only hurt your stylist’s ability to work but also inhibits other clients who have been waitlisted and would love that spot.
